Orders placed before 2:00 pm PT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, at weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Standard domestic delivery is typically 2–4 business days from dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and do not account for carrier delays.
Flat-rate domestic shipping is $12. Orders over $200 ship free within the United States. International rates are calculated at checkout.
Temperature-sensitive material is dispatched in insulated packaging with cold packs. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit, but should be refrigerated promptly on arrival.
We ship to selected international destinations. Import regulations covering research chemicals vary considerably between jurisdictions, and it is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm that the material may lawfully be imported. Customs duties, taxes and clearance fees are the purchaser's responsibility. We cannot refund orders seized by customs.
Report any damage or loss within 7 days of the delivery date, with photographs where applicable, and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
